Hosting Sip & Shop with a Sustainable Clothing Drive

This initiative began with an idea from our CEO & President, Eileen Valois. She wanted to bring our team together around sustainability and giving back locally.

Team members brought gently used business professional clothing from their own closets, and we spent time shopping one another’s donated pieces. It was a way to give quality items a second life and make sure the remaining pieces could go where they were needed most.

The clothing that remained was donated to Renewal House, a Nashville-based organization serving more than 400 women and children each year. Renewal House provides essential care and long-term support to mothers working toward stability, recovery, and employment.

Eileen also matched a monetary donation for every piece of clothing contributed, helping extend the reach of the effort.
